About Me

Hello dear friends, First, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support and for following along with my salad creations and everything happening at Sunny’s Kitchen Delights. 🌱 As many of you know, I’m a Software Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. But beyond coding, there's a big part of me that’s deeply passionate about wellness, food, and creative expression through healthy meals. My journey toward better eating began back in 2012 when I made the personal decision to change my lifestyle—not guided by doctors or nutritionists, but by listening to my body and prioritizing my health. I started with salads—at first, they were simply a way to eat lighter—but over time, they became the star of my meals. They stopped being just a side dish and turned into my daily lunch ritual. I transitioned from red meat to mostly plant-based meals, keeping seafood like salmon, tuna, and shrimp, which I absolutely love. I eventually let go of chicken, even though I still enjoy the taste, and began experimenting with ingredients like tofu and jackfruit, which became some of my favorites. This personal transformation inspired me to launch Sunny’s Kitchen Delights, a family-run cottage business where I share my love for nourishing, wholesome foods through handmade jams, protein breads, and seasonal salads. Everything I create is made with care, creativity, and the hope to inspire healthier choices for others too. Thank you for being part of this evolving journey.
